Introducing the Instructors and Chain of Command. Our team consists of dedicated instructors and cadets who are committed to growing the corps and helping lower classmen. We believe in fostering a sense of community and responsibility, and we are proud to serve our school and country through the AFJROTC program.

Derek Blough
Colonel
Main instructor of the corps, creates and teaches lessons for all of the flights and handles cadet grades. Handles the corps budget and approves events.
Carrie Nunez
Master Sergeant
Instructs the corps and teaches lessons for all flights. Commands drill, Commands PT and handles cadet grades.
The chain of command plays a crucial role in supporting the program. We help with administrative tasks, community outreach, and fundraising, among other things. We put a lot dedication and generosity into our work, and we welcome anyone who would like to get involved.

Coordinates with the instructor team and chain of command to handle issues relating to 1st year cadets.
Public Affairs Officer

Provides AFJROTC Headquarters with all matters publicity related to the AFJROTC. Handles the Instagram social media account.
Drill Commander

Ensures the drill team is prepared for any parades or any competitions. Commands and trains the drill team.
Personnel Officer

Ensures all cadet information such as PT, ribbons, ranks, community service hours, etc are updated and correct in the WINGS database.
Logistics Officer

Assists the Instructor Team with inventories and equipment as required. Guides cadet staff on proper supply discipline.
Community Service Officer

Plans, organizes, coordinates, and documents Cadet Group community service projects. Ensures cadet hours are updated into the WINGS database.

Assists the Community Service Officer and helps plan, organize, coordinate, and document community service projects. Ensures cadet hours are updated into the WINGS database.
Cyber Tech Officer

Handles the technical side of the corps such as assisting/managing the WINGS database and the AFJROTC website. Ensures there is no confusion on the technical side of operations.
Morale, Welfare, Recreation Officer

Ensures all cadets are up to expectations and plans for social and community service events. Provides a variety of community, cadet and family support activities and service.
